Do Not Call Policy

Last updated: May 2026

PrimeHelpNetwork maintains an internal Do Not Call (DNC) list in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, and applicable state laws.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all telephone calls, SMS/MMS text messages, and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages placed by PrimeHelpNetwork or its marketing partners on our behalf.

2. National DNC Registry

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry. If your number is registered, we will not place telemarketing calls except where you have provided prior express written consent or where an established business relationship exists.

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message we send.
  • Ask the agent to add you to our internal DNC list during any call.
  • Submit a removal request through our contact form.

Requests are processed within 10 business days and honored for at least 5 years.

4. Training & Maintenance

Our representatives are trained on DNC compliance. We maintain, update, and audit our internal DNC list regularly and provide records on request to regulators.

5. Complaints

If you believe you have received a call in violation of this policy, please contact us through our contact form so we can investigate promptly.

By submitting this form, you expressly consent to be contacted by PrimeHelpNetwork and its licensed partner network by phone, email, and/or SMS text message, including through automated dialing technology and pre-recorded messages, at the number and email address provided. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, saying STOP on any call, or by submitting an opt-out request through our online contact form. Message and data rates may apply. PrimeHelpNetwork complies fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the National Do Not Call Registry. See our Privacy Policy, TCPA Disclosure, and Terms of Service for full details.
