Privacy Policy

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include: full name; phone number; email address; mailing ZIP code and state; date of birth, where the product category requires an age or eligibility check (for example, Medicare or final expense forms); household or income-range information; and your answers to eligibility and interest questions (for example, insurance type sought, current carrier, tobacco use, health history indicators, desired coverage amount, or reason for seeking new coverage).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect: your IP address; browser type and device information; operating system; pages viewed and time spent on the Site; the page that referred you to the Site; and UTM and campaign parameters associated with the traffic source that brought you to a given landing page.

1.3 Consent and Verification Data

When you submit a form, our TrustedForm integration generates a certificate documenting the circumstances of that submission. This may include a recording of the form-fill session, the exact text of the consent disclosure displayed to you, a timestamp, and your IP address at the time of submission. This data exists to verify and document your consent as described in our TCPA Disclosure.

1.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. See Section 6 for more detail and your choices regarding cookies.

We use the information described above to:

• Match your submission to one or more licensed Partners whose services correspond to the product category and eligibility answers you provided;
• Operate, secure, maintain, test, and improve the Site and our lead-intake systems;
• Communicate with you about your request, consistent with the consent described in our TCPA Disclosure;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, duplicate submissions, bot traffic, and other abuse of our forms;
• Analyze aggregated Site traffic and campaign performance to improve our marketing and content;
• Comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our Terms of Service and this Policy.

3.1 With Partners

The core function of this Site is to connect your submitted request with independent, licensed Partners who operate in the product category you inquired about. When you submit a form, your provided information and your eligibility answers are shared with one or more matched Partners so they can contact you and present relevant options. 3.2 With Service Providers

We work with third-party vendors who process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-use restrictions, including consent-certification providers (such as TrustedForm), hosting and infrastructure providers, database and backend providers, and analytics providers. These vendors are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

3.3 For Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of PrimeHelpNetwork, our users, our Partners, or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

If PrimeHelpNetwork is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information collected through the Site may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

3.5 No Sale of Information to Unrelated Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes outside the scope of the specific request you submitted. Sharing your information with matched Partners for purposes of responding to your request, as described in Section 3.1, is not treated as an unrelated third-party sale under this Policy, though it may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of information as those terms are defined under certain state privacy laws; see Section 7 for your related rights.

We retain lead records, submitted form data, and associated consent documentation (including TrustedForm certificates) for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including servicing your request, resolving disputes, defending against legal claims, and satisfying our recordkeeping and compliance obligations under the TCPA and related law. Retention periods may vary depending on the product category and applicable regulatory requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls limiting who within our organization and our service providers can view lead data, and monitoring of our systems. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies for purposes that may include: keeping the Site functional (strictly necessary cookies); remembering your preferences; measuring and analyzing Site traffic and user behavior; and attributing form submissions to specific marketing campaigns for performance measurement. • How to exercise these rights: Submit a request through our Contact page, describing the specific right you would like to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, using information reasonably related to your original submission.
• Authorized agents: Where permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf through the Contact page; we may require proof of the agent's authorization.

The Site is intended for use by adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
