TCPA Disclosure

PrimeHelpNetwork ("we," "us," "our," "PrimeHelpNetwork") operates primehelpnetwork.com (the "Site") and connects visitors with independent, licensed professionals and marketing partners ("Partners") across insurance, legal, health, and home services. This TCPA Disclosure explains, in detail, how we obtain, document, rely on, and let you revoke consent to be contacted under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state "mini-TCPA" statutes, and related federal and state telemarketing and do-not-call laws. Read this disclosure together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before submitting any form on this Site.

1. Scope of This Disclosure

This disclosure applies to every lead-generation form on the Site, including our insurance request forms (ACA/marketplace, Medicare, final expense, and any other insurance vertical), and any legal, health, or home-services request forms we operate now or in the future. It applies regardless of the device you use to submit a form, and regardless of whether you complete the form yourself or a family member, caregiver, or representative completes it on your behalf with your authorization.

2. What You Are Agreeing To

By submitting any form on this Site, you provide your prior express written consent, and where applicable your electronic signature, authorizing PrimeHelpNetwork and our Partners to contact you at the telephone number(s) and email address you provide, using any or all of the following methods:

  • Live agent telephone calls
  • Text messages, including SMS and MMS
  • Automatic telephone dialing systems and predictive dialers ("autodialers")
  • Artificial or prerecorded voice messages, including ringless voicemail drops
  • AI-generated, synthetic, or otherwise automated voice calls and chat/voice assistants
  • Email marketing communications, subject to the CAN-SPAM Act and our Privacy Policy

This consent covers marketing and informational communications related to the specific product or service category you inquired about (for example, health insurance, Medicare plans, or final expense coverage), as well as related follow-up communications reasonably connected to that inquiry.

3. Consent Applies Even If You Are on a Do-Not-Call List

Because you are providing prior express written consent directly to us through this Site, calls and texts from PrimeHelpNetwork and matched Partners may be placed to you even if your telephone number appears on the National Do Not Call Registry, a state do-not-call list, or any internal do-not-call list previously maintained for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This consent is specific to your interaction with this Site and does not affect do-not-call protections you may have with unrelated companies.

4. Consent Is Never a Condition of Any Purchase

Your agreement to receive calls, texts, or emails as described in this disclosure is never a condition of purchasing any insurance policy, legal service, or other product or service from PrimeHelpNetwork or any Partner. If you do not wish to consent to be contacted using the methods described above, do not submit a form on this Site; you remain free to seek insurance, legal, health, or home-services information through other channels of your choosing.

5. Who May Contact You and Why

When you submit a form, the information you provide — along with the specific product category and eligibility answers you gave — may be transmitted to one or more licensed, independent Partners whose services match your request. A current list of the categories of Partners we work with is available on our Partners page. Each Partner:

  • Is independently responsible for its own compliance with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing laws, and any professional licensing requirements applicable to its industry (for example, state insurance producer licensing);
  • May contact you directly using the same consent you gave through this Site, consistent with the scope described in Section 2;
  • Is not controlled, supervised, or guaranteed by PrimeHelpNetwork, and PrimeHelpNetwork does not warrant the conduct, representations, pricing, or products of any Partner.

6. Permitted Calling and Texting Hours

Consistent with TCPA and state telemarketing rules, PrimeHelpNetwork and Partners contacting you in connection with your submission will generally do so only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone, as determined by the area code or ZIP code/state you provided. This time window is a general operating guideline; if you believe you have received contact outside permitted hours, you may report it through the Contact page.

7. Message and Data Rates; Message Frequency

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any text messages you receive as a result of your consent. Message frequency will vary depending on the nature of your request, the number of Partners matched to it, and your own responses; we do not guarantee a fixed number of messages.

8. Automated and AI-Generated Communications

Some calls, texts, or voice communications you receive as a result of your consent may be generated, screened, or partially handled by automated or artificial-intelligence-based systems rather than a live human agent at every step, including AI-generated voice or chat interactions used for initial screening, scheduling, or follow-up. Your consent under this disclosure specifically extends to communications initiated or delivered using such automated and AI-based technologies, in addition to live-agent contact.

10. Call Recording and Monitoring

Calls between you and PrimeHelpNetwork, or between you and a Partner using systems connected to this Site, may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and compliance verification purposes, in accordance with applicable state call-recording laws (including one-party and two-party consent states). By participating in a call following your form submission, you acknowledge that recording may occur.

11. TrustedForm Certification and Consent Recordkeeping

To document that consent was properly and verifiably obtained, we use TrustedForm, a third-party consent-certification service. When you submit a form, TrustedForm generates a certificate capturing technical details of your submission session — which may include a session recording of the form-fill process, the exact consent language displayed to you at the time, your IP address, and a timestamp. This certificate is retained as part of your lead record, is not itself a form of marketing contact, and may be shared with Partners or produced to demonstrate compliance in the event of a regulatory inquiry or dispute.

12. State-Specific Telemarketing and Calling Law Notices

Certain states impose additional restrictions on telemarketing calls and texts beyond the federal TCPA, including registration requirements for telemarketers, additional consent or disclosure requirements, shorter permitted calling windows, or private rights of action with statutory damages (for example, state "mini-TCPA" statutes). By submitting a form while located in such a state, you acknowledge that PrimeHelpNetwork and matched Partners intend to rely on the consent described in this disclosure to the fullest extent permitted under that state's law, and that your state of residence may afford you additional protections or remedies beyond what is described here.

13. Relationship to Other Policies

This TCPA Disclosure is incorporated by reference into, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy (which explains what information we collect and how it is used and shared) and our Terms of Service (which govern your overall use of the Site). If there is a direct conflict between this disclosure and another policy specifically regarding consent to be contacted, this disclosure controls.

14. Changes to This Disclosure

We may revise this TCPA Disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The version displayed on the Site at the time you submit a form is the version that applies to that submission. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosure for future submissions.

15. Questions or Revocation Requests

For any question about this disclosure, or to submit a revocation request, please use our Contact page.

By submitting a form on this site, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages for marketing purposes from PrimeHelpNetwork and its marketing partners, using automated technology, including artificial, pre-recorded, or AI-generated voice messages, at the number and email address provided. You agree PrimeHelpNetwork and its partners may contact you by phone, text, and email between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, saying STOP on any call, or by submitting an opt-out request through our online contact form. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. See our Privacy Policy, TCPA Disclosure, and Terms of Service for full details.
