Terms of Service

PrimeHelpNetwork operates a marketing and lead-referral platform. We are not an insurance company, insurance carrier, insurance agency, law firm, medical provider, financial advisor, or government agency, and nothing on the Site should be understood to state or imply otherwise. Our role is limited to collecting information you voluntarily submit and connecting you with independent, licensed third-party professionals and organizations ("Partners") who may be able to assist with the product or service category you inquired about, such as health insurance, Medicare plans, final expense or life insurance, legal services, or home services. We do not sell insurance policies, provide legal representation, or act as an insurance producer, broker, or agent ourselves.

We do not guarantee that any Partner will contact you, that you will be eligible or approved for any product, that you will receive any particular price or savings, or that any specific outcome will result from submitting a form. Any figures, ranges, or examples referenced on the Site (including potential savings, subsidy eligibility, or coverage amounts) are illustrative only and are not a quote, offer, or guarantee.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to submit a request through this Site. By submitting a form, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are submitting information about yourself, or about another person only where you have that person's authorization to do so.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a form, and to promptly update that information if it becomes inaccurate insofar as you continue to seek services through the Site. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including to manipulate eligibility, pricing, or matching outcomes — may result in your submission being rejected, discarded, or permanently excluded from our system, and may expose you to liability under applicable law.

When you submit a request, we transmit your information to one or more Partners matched to that request based on the product category and the eligibility answers you provided. Each Partner:

• Operates independently of PrimeHelpNetwork and is not our agent, employee, joint venturer, or franchisee, and PrimeHelpNetwork is not the agent of any Partner;
• Sets its own pricing, underwriting criteria, eligibility rules, and terms of service, which are separate from and not controlled by PrimeHelpNetwork;
• Is solely responsible for its own compliance with applicable licensing, marketing, and consumer-protection laws, and for the accuracy of any representations it makes to you;
• Bears sole responsibility for the products, services, and any resulting contracts, policies, or agreements you may enter into with that Partner.

PrimeHelpNetwork is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any transaction, policy, contract, or agreement between you and a Partner.

Nothing on the Site — including articles, FAQs, comparison content, or any other informational material — constitutes insurance, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice, and none of it should be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with an appropriately licensed professional regarding your specific circumstances. Any decision to purchase or decline a product or service is yours alone.

By submitting any form on the Site, you agree to be contacted by PrimeHelpNetwork and matched Partners as described in detail in our TCPA Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your consent under the TCPA Disclosure, and your agreement to these Terms, are both required to use the Site's request forms.

You agree not to: submit fraudulent, duplicate, or automated (bot-generated) form submissions; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layouts, logos, and underlying code — is owned by PrimeHelpNetwork or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of seeking the products and services it describes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to or reference third-party websites, including Partner sites and external informational resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement.

The Site, and all content and functionality provided through it, are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site, including educational articles or FAQ content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeHelpNetwork, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submission of a form, your interactions with any Partner, or any product, service, policy, or agreement you obtain or fail to obtain through a Partner referral, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeHelpNetwork and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or unauthorized information through a form.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent a different result is required by mandatory consumer-protection law applicable in your state of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any applicable state-law limitations on choice-of-forum clauses in consumer transactions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and TCPA Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrimeHelpNetwork regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings regarding that subject matter.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Partners, or applicable law. The version displayed on the Site at the time of your visit or submission is the version that applies. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
